DabotCentral does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Any data we collect is used solely to operate and improve DabotCentral's services.
Account information. Your email address when you sign up. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email and basic profile information from that provider. We do not store passwords — sign-in uses one-time email codes or OAuth.
Conversation content.Messages you send to the AI assistant, and the assistant's replies. If you use voice features, your spoken input is processed to generate a response.
Assistant memory. If you ask your assistant to remember preferences or details about you, that information is stored in your profile so it can be recalled in later conversations. You can view and delete these items at any time.
Documents you create. Text, code, and spreadsheet artifacts generated through the platform.
Technical data. IP address and browser user agent, used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
Widget conversations.If you're a business customer, conversations visitors have with your widget are stored so you can review them. If you're a visitor chatting with a widget, your messages are visible to the business that operates it.
DabotCentral relies on these providers to deliver the service. Each processes only the data needed for its function:
Chat history retention depends on your plan. Guest sessions are not saved. Free registered accounts keep 30 days of history, verified accounts 60 days, and paid plans retain full history for as long as the account is active. Assistant memory and documents persist until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Most account data can be exported directly from the app; for anything else, contact support and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. Since we do not sell personal information, there is no need to submit a "Do Not Sell My Info" request — but you're welcome to contact us with any data questions.
DabotCentral is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support and we will delete it.
